KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
APPROXIMATELY 25% OF EXISTING TOWERS ARE AT RISK FOR ANCHOR SHAFT CORROSION -
TO THE POINT OF FAILURE.
Our corrosion analysis quickly and accurately identifies and eliminates the majority of sites where DTB is not necessary.
In contrast, the data we provide enhances your ability to identify those 25%, or so, sites where DTB is beneficial, as these towers are at the highest risk for corrosion and anchor shaft failure.
The research and data collection included in our Corrosion Analysis is unique, as this information would not be noted during any on-site anchor inspection or scheduled tower maintenance visit. Our service compliments the site-visit.
Obtaining a Safe2Climb corrosion analysis prior to upcoming inspections/site audits gives contractors a head's up, with respect to potentially hazardous site conditions, including potential for corrosion. When further anchor investigation, or DTB is recommended, access to soil/site data, prior to calculating temporary anchorage, is extremely useful.
